We are looking for a Commercial Delivery Manager to take ownership of commercial performance, operational improvement and strategic delivery across a designated department within BSG. Working closely with Partners, Department Heads, and the Head of Business Performance, you will identify under‑performance, understand root causes, and drive the roadmap for improvement. This role is not just about delivering solutions — it’s about spotting opportunities, influencing stakeholders and shaping the future direction of the business. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Operate as a key advisor to senior stakeholders across the department, providing commercial insight and strategic direction. Monitor and analyse departmental performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial, operational and resource metrics. Deep dive into commercial challenges — for example, low margins — to understand root causes and recommend remedies. Develop improvement roadmaps to enhance financial performance, operational delivery, onboarding, margins and overall business efficiency. Lead operational performance delivery by identifying gaps in KPIs/SLA achievement and driving corrective action.
