Irwin Mitchell’s Serious Injury team, based in Bristol / Cardiff, seeks a dedicated solicitor to support clients with catastrophic injuries. You’ll work alongside senior partners, handling high‑value, complex cases and contributing significantly to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own caseload of serious injury clients.
- Co‑work with partners and senior team members on high‑value, complex cases.
- Drive business development: build relationships with clinicians, other medical professionals and charities; attend seminars, workshops and training events; collaborate with the team to raise the firm’s profile.
- Support clients in securing rehabilitation and best possible outcomes.
- Participate in a flexible, hybrid working model with some weekly office presence.
Requirements
- 0‑3 years post‑qualification experience in serious injury litigation.
- Strong business development appetite or existing contacts.
