Key Responsibilities

  • Take instructions from clients and assist with providing legal advice, including gathering evidence and supporting litigation where appropriate.
  • Achieve time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Attend and contribute to team/practice area meetings, complying with directions and decisions to achieve team objectives.
  • Keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice, attending training events to maintain legal knowledge and best practice.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Ideally, some previous Paralegal experience.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Asbestos and Occupational Disease work.
  • Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
