The team is currently looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in our Birmingham office.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing:
- You’ll be joining Luke Daniels, the Regional Head of the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham, who has specialised in medical negligence cases for 25 years.
- As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
- Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.
- Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
About You:
- 3-5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
- The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
- Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
- The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
