Working here you’ll feel a part of our friendly and inclusive environment. We’ll value you for who you are and what you bring. We support each other and push boundaries to achieve incredible things and make a real difference to our clients and communities.
The Team
We are currently looking to add a passionate and talented Solicitor to our nationally recognised Abuse team in any of our regional locations. As one of the UK’s leading law firms for abuse claims, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors. Our specialist solicitors understand the courage it takes to speak out, and we work tirelessly to secure justice, compensation, and support for those affected by abuse. Our team has extensive experience in handling complex and sensitive cases involving physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. We regularly act against institutions such as schools, religious organisations, NHS Trusts, the MoD, and local authorities, as well as individual perpetrators.
Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining Partner Tom Fletcher, a nationally recognised expert in abuse litigation. Tom leads the firm’s Abuse practice and has over 15 years’ experience representing survivors in some of the most complex and high‑profile cases in the UK. He is known for his tenacity, empathy, and unwavering commitment to his clients. Our team handles a wide range of abuse claims, including historic child abuse, institutional abuse, and cases involving serious psychological trauma. We also run group abuse actions, such as those involving Harrods and Daniel Clarke, which require a coordinated and sensitive approach to supporting multiple survivors. We are deeply committed to supporting survivors through every step of their legal journey, and to improving safeguarding standards across society.
As a Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, while also assisting senior team members with more complex and high‑value cases. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from initial client contact through to resolution and will be supported to develop your technical expertise and advocacy skills. You’ll work closely with our Support and Rehabilitation Coordinators to ensure clients receive holistic care, including access to therapy, housing support, and other services that aid recovery. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected team doing truly impactful work.
