Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our paid media activity across multiple digital channels.
  • Working closely with our Paid Media Manager, agency partners, and internal teams, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands‑on elements of paid media within a multi‑service organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Working with agency partners to ensure campaigns meet objectives and performance targets.
  • Conducting keyword research and audience targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Briefing and collaborating with brand and content teams on creative assets.
  • Monitoring performance and providing insights using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Running A/B testing to improve conversions and engagement.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring strong ROI.
  • Producing regular trading updates and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with marketing regulations, particularly within the legal sector.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving campaign performance.

About You

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience within legal or regulated industries.

Location & Working Pattern

  • Base location: Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield.
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office.
