Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Business Development & Marketing function.
Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, HR, Technology and Risk & Compliance, you'll coordinate operational activities, support governance processes, manage key records and reporting, and help drive continuous improvement across the team.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting budget management, forecasting, purchase orders and financial administration.
- Coordinating supplier onboarding, contracts, procurement activity and spend tracking.
- Producing and maintaining management information, reports and operational dashboards.
- Preparing materials for leadership meetings and tracking actions to completion.
- Maintaining departmental policies, procedures, records and governance documentation.
- Supporting audits, compliance activities and risk management processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working.
- Coordinating onboarding, team communications, operational meetings and planning activities.
- Supporting business change projects and the implementation of new systems and processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You’ll have
- Experience in an operations, administration, business support, project support or marketing operations role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with budgets, procurement processes or business administration activities.
- The ability to analyse information and produce accurate reports and management information. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Power Point and Teams.
Ideally, you’ll also have experience supporting governance, compliance or supplier management activities, preferably within a professional services environment.
