Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We’re looking for a creative and driven Power Platform Developer to join our Tech Innovation team and help shape the future of how we work. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building tailored, low-code solutions that make the most of Agentic AI through the use of Microsoft Power Platform — Copilot Studio Power Apps, and Power Automate, — integrated with Azure services. You’ll collaborate with citizen developers, lead technical delivery, and champion governance to ensure our tools are secure, efficient, and impactful. Your work will directly improve how our teams operate, make decisions, and deliver value. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with end-users to understand their needs and design solutions that unlock the full potential of the Power Platform.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features like Agentic AI and identifying opportunities to apply them.
  • Lead the technical delivery of solutions that align with architectural standards and business goals.
  • Collaborate across the software development lifecycle—PMs, BAs, testers, and more.
  • Support and evolve our Citizen Governance Model to promote best practices, track usage, and drive adoption.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to empower users across the business.

About You

  • Experience creating Agents using Copilot Studio or other Agentic tools.
  • Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Confident delivering training and supporting implemented solutions.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on efficiency and timelines.
  • Strong grasp of SharePoint workflows, Lists, and security.
  • Proficient in M365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about the future of Agentic AI and the Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform COE Toolkit.
  • Experience with Power Automate UI design and cloud integrations.
  • Comfortable leading troubleshooting efforts and mentoring others.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and Dataflow methodologies.
  • Exposure to Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, Power Pages, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Our Approach to Reward and Wellbeing

  • 25 days' holiday as standard, rising to 28 days depending on role level, plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional leave.
  • Opportunities to share in our success through annual pay and bonus review processes for eligible colleagues.
  • Health and wellbeing support, including Westfield Health and Digital GP access.
  • Competitive pension arrangements to help you plan for the future.
  • Two paid volunteering days every year to support causes that matter to you.
  • Access to a range of colleague discounts and lifestyle benefits to support you both inside and outside of work.
  • We also offer a wide range of well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace and to make sure you’re fully supported.
