We're looking for a Brand Executive to join our Business Development & Marketing team and support the delivery of brand campaigns, communications activity and brand governance across the firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career to gain exposure to a broad range of brand and communications activities within a complex and ambitious organisation.
Your Role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you'll provide essential operational and administrative support across a variety of projects, helping to ensure brand activity is delivered smoothly, consistently and on time.
You'll support senior colleagues with project coordination, asset management, internal communications and the day-to-day execution of brand initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across brand projects, campaigns and internal communications activity.
- Maintaining and organising brand assets, templates and collateral, ensuring materials are stored, managed and shared in a consistent way.
- Supporting internal communications by assisting with content scheduling, formatting materials and coordinating approval processes.
- Acting as a first point of contact for brand asset requests, helping colleagues access the correct tools, templates and guidance.
- Updating and maintaining brand systems, trackers and records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with briefing, proofreading and version control of brand and communications materials.
- Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns through effective coordination of timelines, meetings, assets and project updates.
- Helping to ensure brand guidelines are followed by reviewing materials for basic compliance before escalation to senior colleagues.
- Supporting reporting activities by gathering performance information, feedback and usage insights.
- Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and wider Brand team to develop your understanding of brand strategy, tone of voice and governance.
About You
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and detail-focused individual who is keen to develop their career within brand and communications.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience within a marketing, brand or communications environment, which may have been gained through a graduate role, placement, internship or similar executive-level position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with brand and communications materials.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and shared document management systems.
- A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of brand management, tone of voice and internal communications best practice.
- Ability to follow established processes, governance requirements and escalation procedures.
- Experience within a brand, communications or professional services marketing environment.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Confidence to ask questions, seek clarity and raise issues appropriately.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems or content management platforms.
