Your work will directly support strategic decision‑making and help Irwin Mitchell unlock greater value from its data.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse data sets to identify, track and resolve data quality issues raised by the business.
- Support and maintain the data quality issues log, working with stakeholders to agree remediation actions.

- Provide guidance, training and support to colleagues on data quality best practice.
- Support data governance and compliance activities, including understanding relevant regulatory requirements.
- Engage with change and transformation projects to ensure data quality is considered from the outset.
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns and issues, and collaborating with others to put things right. You’ll be comfortable working in a changing environment and able to balance attention to detail with the bigger picture.
Essential experience and skills
- Experience producing data quality reporting and driving issue resolution.
- Ability to understand and write SQL (or equivalent) to support data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
