Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Commercial Delivery Manager to take ownership of commercial performance, operational improvement and strategic delivery across a designated department within our Business Services Group. About You
- Monitor and analyse departmental performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial, operational and resource metrics.
- Deep dive into commercial challenges — for example, low margins — to understand root causes and recommend remedies.
- Develop improvement roadmaps to enhance financial performance, operational delivery, onboarding, margins and overall business efficiency.
- Lead operational performance delivery by identifying gaps in KPIs/SLA achievement and driving corrective action.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Partner‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, Data, BD).
