Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our high performing Legal 500 ranked Private Client Dispute Resolution team in Chichester. Working alongside our national team, the Chichester office brings extensive experience representing executors, beneficiaries, and trustees delivering outstanding exceptional client care and driving impactful, strategic outcomes in complex cases. As a Paralegal in our team, you will support experienced solicitors and recognised experts on a diverse and challenging portfolio of high quality, privately funded matters. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role with clear opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day-to-day coordination and proactive management of client matters and caseloads
  • Handling new client enquiries
  • Drafting clear, accurate and well-structured legal documents
  • Conducting thorough and targeted legal research
  • Liaising with clients
  • Providing efficient general administrative and file management support

About You

  • Empathetic, compassionate and able to support clients through challenging personal circumstances
  • A friendly, proactive and professional approach, with strong communication skills
  • Previous Paralegal experience, ideally within litigation or private client disputes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A genuine interest in Private Client Dispute Resolution and a desire to build expertise in this area
