This position can be located from one of our offices: Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham.

Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing
If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. You’ll be working closely with the team’s Associates and Partners in Public Law to make sure they have the right administrative support at all times. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationship with your team and our clients. There’s lots of room for progression and we’d really like to support you in your professional development.
- Supporting fee earners with the preparation of e-bundles & paper bundles, opening and closing files on computer databases
- Handling fee earner queries by email, phone & MS Teams
- Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up-to-date
- Opening case files on the relevant case management systems
- Making payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments & billing
- Administration of the departments digital storage platforms
- Managing the office inbound post, printing, scanning
