Job Description
This role will be pivotal to Irwin M&E’s ongoing growth and success and the job role will include:
- Organising Planned Maintenance & remedial tasks
- Allocating labour and resources to tasks
- Initiate work order management and tracking
- Responsibility for development and delivery on a variety of contracts on time and within budgets in order to maximise profit potential
- Oversee and control work instructions for Planned Maintenance & remedial tasks
- Implement procedures to achieve customer satisfaction upon project completion
- Working alongside contract supervisors and contract managers in planning, scheduling and carrying out work
- Ensuring client works are completed within deadlines for queries and invoice instructions
- Implement procedures to achieve customer satisfaction upon project completion
- Planning and preparing sales invoices
- Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs
Candidate Profile
- Must be computer literate with a knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate good team ethos
- Articulate with clear verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within an office environment would be advantageous
