The Receptionist / Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for calls and visitors, responding to enquiries in a professional manner, and assisting teams across the business with general administrative tasks. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and systems, with training provided to support ongoing development.

The role of the Receptionist / Administrator will be varied and will include:

  • Handling telephone calls
  • Providing customer service to all visitors
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Providing administrative support to all departments
  • Creating and updating records and databases
  • Co-ordinating company travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation and associated bookings

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to be organised and work as part of a team
  • Able to adhere to deadlines
  • Good IT skills to include working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Desirable Criteria:

  • Maths and English GCSE, AC or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Service environment
