The role of the Emergency Light Tester will be pivotal to Irwin M&E’s ongoing growth and success and the job role will include:
- Complete Emergency light testing and repairs to various government buildings throughout Mid-Ulster/Belfast/Ards & North Down.
- Prioritising workload to complete within timescales.
- A full-time post, working 39 hours per week with overtime available.
- Working on a 2-3-year contract.
- Carrying out work according to Irwin M&E policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all relevant working practices comply with the statutory Health & Safety legislation.
- Previous experience within an electrical role, electrician, electrician's assistant etc.
- Driving Licence.
- Valid CSR card.
- Knowledge of emergency lighting systems (training can be provided).
- Previous experience of organising own work.
