Located in London SW1X, Irwin Industries is seeking an extremely organised, proactive, flexible Office Administrator to cover a variety of duties at this small, family‑owned business.
Responsibilities
- Check and respond to emails that require action
- Book flights, confirm travel details including seating
- Book hotels, both in the UK and abroad, and confirm arrangements
- Reserve restaurants
- Manage diary, meetings and Teams meetings
- Drive the Director to appointments and meetings/lunch appointments (some car sittings)
- Administrative support for the family office
- Formulate and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Book and invoice guests to the family estate and liaise with staff at the estate
Working hours
9:30 am to 5 pm with flexibility for early/late meetings. Holiday 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
