Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite liaison for lab clients, managing onboarding and ongoing client services.
- Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate laboratory safety, chemical inventories, equipment installation, and compliance protocols.
- Manage hazardous waste disposal, lab permits, and incident documentation.
- Support community engagement activities, events, and client feedback initiatives.
Qualifications
