Senior Health and Safety Advisor Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits West Bromwich, West Midlands (with regional travel) Are you passionate about creating safer construction sites and ensuring health and safety compliance? We are seeking a proactive Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading Principal Contractor committed to excellence in health safety, and environmental standards. This role involves coordinating with site teams to uphold the company's safety management system and promote a positive safety culture across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures across construction sites. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance. Support the development and review of Construction Health & Safety Plans. Assist in incident investigations, corrective actions, and fostering continuous improvement.What we are looking for: NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate or equivalent qualification. Effective communicator with strong report writing and presentation skills. Experience in construction health and safety management on multiple sites. Good knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
