Remediation Project Manager
Salary: Up to Β£70,000 plus benefits
Location: Hertfordshire (with wider UK-travel to sites)

We are working with a leading property management organisation that manages over 100,000 residential leasehold units across England and Wales. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building safety and remediation programmes within a diverse residential portfolio. This role offers a key opportunity to drive forward projects that contribute towards safer, well-managed buildings while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful Remediation Project Manager will:
Lead and coordinate building safety and structural remediation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders including contractors, property owners, and residents to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
Oversee project budgets and funding, ensuring compliance with legislative and funding requirements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and audit trails to ensure transparency and compliance.The ideal Remediation Project Manager will have:
Proven experience in residential property management and repair projects.
Strong knowledge of building safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022, and remediation processes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
