In this role, you will support site teams across London and the South East, ensuring compliance and fostering a safety-first culture.
The HSEQ Advisor will: Provide expert safety guidance and support to project management and site teams. Conduct site audits, inspections, and behavioural reviews to promote best practices.
Investigate incidents and high-potential hazards, recommending corrective actions.
Assist in preparing construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in construction or a related discipline with sound knowledge of H&S legislation. A recognised safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
