This is a hands-on role where your expertise will shape safety standards, drive improvements, and influence senior decision-makers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain site-specific safety management systems aligned with corporate policies.
Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and safety investigations to ensure continuous improvement.
Support the delivery of safety training programmes and inductions for operational teams. Interpret legislation and turn it into practical, actionable safety guidance.
Report on safety performance and lead safety communication initiatives within the organisation.
About YouFully qualified with NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent.
Proven experience in multi-site, high-risk environments with a strong leadership presence.
Excellent stakeholder influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and frontline teams. Ability to drive change, analyse safety data, and implement effective solutions.
