Are you looking to join a major Principal Contractor and industry leader across the construction sector? We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to support a well‑established leader in fit‑out, new build and major refurbishments. This role covers high‑profile projects throughout London and plays a key part in supporting site teams, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the implementation and delivery of the company's health and safety strategy across fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Providing support and guidance to site teams and contractors on best practices for health and safety.
- Assisting in incident investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction, fit‑out, or a related sector.
- The ability to engage and influence site teams, ensuring health and safety best practices are followed.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
