What can you expect in this role? Provide leadership, coaching, and subject-matter expertise to build a strong health and safety culture across the sites in Birmingham, Worcester & Bicester. Ensure the site\’s compliance with UK health and safety legislation while supporting the broader UK health and safety strategy. Engage with staff at all levels to raise awareness and drive a commitment to health and safety. Oversee regular audits and inspections, assessing performance and identifying areas for improvement. Work with key internal and external stakeholders including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies. What does this role offer you? What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role, ideally within a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and IOSH membership (or working towards) preferred. Strong technical knowledge of health and safety legislation.
