Irwin and Colton have been engaged by one of the UK's leading veterinary groups to recruit a new Regional Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join the team in the East Midlands.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing organisation committed to delivering exceptional care to animals.
You'll be the trusted Regional EHS advisor overseeing audits, supporting compliance and leading projects to enhance safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities of the Successful Regional Environment, Health and Safety Advisor include:
Planning and executing comprehensive internal EHS audits across sites, prioritising based on risk and incident history.
Partnering with practices to promote a positive safety culture and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Analysing data to identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
Leading project work to develop, review, and update EH&S policies, risk assessments, and safe working procedures.
Deliver health and safety coaching, training and mentoring.
The successful Regional Environment, Health and Safety Advisor will have:
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, with a good knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Proven experience working within health and safety advisory roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
