Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor:
- Safety Culture & Engagement: Create a pragmatic and engaging safety environment across the business' South England operations.
- Accident Prevention & Culture-Building: Lead the investigation of incidents, compile reports, and implement safety improvements all whilst growing a functioning Health and Safety culture across the business.
- Risk Assessments & Compliance: Conduct and review risk assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and several other Health and Safety standards.
- Training & Upskilling: Support teams in understanding safety processes, empowering them to take responsibility for reporting and compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-5 years' experience within health and safety.
- Mindset: Proactive and engaging with a passion about driving safety culture.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, personable and a confident approach to interactions in the workplace.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH diploma level or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential - willing to be supported with this.

- A salary of ~£44,000, with a £6,000 car allowance.
