Health and Safety Manager Lichfield | Circa £70,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits Irwin and Colton are working with a leading construction and building services specialist to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The role will focus on supporting health and safety across a range of fit-out, refurbishment and M&E projects across the Midlands. You will work closely with project teams, managers and engineers to drive standards and promote a positive safety culture. Key responsibilities: * Providing practical health and safety advice to project and site teams * Carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations * Supporting risk assessments and method statements * Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures * Working with managers to improve health and safety performance and standards The successful candidate will have: * Experience in construction, M&E, building services or a similar environment * NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent * Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation * Good communication skills with the ability to influence site teams and management This is a great opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional to take ownership of H&S across a varied Midlands project portfolio.
