Key responsibilities include:
- Managing planned and unplanned construction projects from start to finish
- Preparing and implementing project documentation such as ERs, design packages, schedules, and cost plans
- Engaging and coordinating with specialist consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules, maintaining effective communication across teams
- Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are adhered to throughout all project phases
The ideal candidate will have:
