We are supporting a leading UK water infrastructure company to recruit an Interim SHEQ Advisor for a busy regional programme. Reporting to the Regional Senior SHEQ Advisor, you will work closely with project teams, support the wider SHEQ function, and collaborate with clients to drive continuous improvement.
The successful Interim SHEQ Advisor will:
- Provide a visible, proactive SHEQ presence across projects, supporting best-in-class performance and a positive safety culture.
- Organise audits and support SHEQ assurance visits, ensuring effective follow-up and close-out of corrective actions.
- Lead and support accident/incident investigations, driving learning and meaningful improvements.
- Support the maintenance of externally certified management systems and provide guidance across the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have:
- A formal Occupational Safety and Health qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent) and membership of a recognised body.
