Responsibilities of the Interim Health & Safety Manager include: Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation. Leading health and safety programmes and conducting risk assessments and audits. Managing incident reporting, analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Delivering training and collaborating with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Producing performance reports and providing insights to senior management.The successful Interim Health and Safety Manager will have: A recognised qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, or equivalent.
