Health and Safety Manager

Kensington | Up to £60,000 + Benefits

Irwin and Colton has been engaged to recruit a Health and Safety Manager by a specialist construction company who operate on luxury residential fit-out and refurbishment projects. With a strong emphasis on health and safety, this position is perfect for someone eager to advance their career while contributing to safer working environments.

Responsibilities

  • Engage across the sites, implement health and safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legislation and developing contractor safety.
  • Conduct training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigate incidents where required.
  • Lead on audits and inspections of project sites, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on findings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role ideally from within construction, fit-out, refurbishment or related industry.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people.
  • Drive and enthusiasm with the ability to promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
