Health and Safety Business Partner Salary: Circa £55,000 plus Company Car / Car Allowance Location: South London (with travel to Hertfordshire as well) Do you enjoy being a visible, hands-on QHSE partner who can influence leaders and frontline teams in fast-paced, multi-site operations? Are you ready to shape safer ways of working across high-risk, customer-facing contracts such as industrial and window cleaning? We're supporting a leading, employee-owned services organisation to recruit a Health and Safety Business Partner, working closely with operational leadership to support the safe, compliant delivery of specialist cleaning contracts. This is a practical, people-facing role with real scope to drive improvement across sites and client environments. The successful Health and Safety Business Partner will: Partner with MDs and leadership teams, providing trusted advice, constructive challenge and day-to-day QHSE support Support the management and compliance of ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001, including audits, documentation and continual improvement Review working practices with operations teams to ensure legal compliance and best practice across multiple sites Develop and implement health and safety strategies, policies and practical standards that work in the real world Deliver engaging training, support incident reporting and investigations, and produce insight-led QHSE data and trend reportingThe successful candidate will have: Experience in a QHSE role within sectors such as facilities management, engineering, infrastructure or transport Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation within multi-site, operational environments NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) and confidence engaging with leaders, clients and frontline teams A proactive, solutions-focused approach; willingness to complete training (e.g., TR19, confined space), and ability to complete a basic DBS checkThis is an excellent opportunity to join a safety-focused, employee-owned organisation with strong benefits and development opportunities.
