Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) \\n\\nLondon | circa £85,000 + Excellent Benefits \\n\\nA leading construction contractor, with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile and complex projects across London, is seeking a Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ). With a turnover of circa £100m and ambitious growth plans, this organisation operates across a range of sectors including major refurbishments and new build residential properties.\\n\\nThis is a strategic leadership role, ideal for an experienced HSEQ professional ready to drive business-wide improvements across the organisation. It would suit an established Head of HSEQ or an ambitious HSEQ Manager stepping into a senior leadership position.\\n\\nResponsibilities for the Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality will include: \\n\\nProviding strategic leadership across Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Training functions to ensure excellence across all sites.\\nDeveloping and reviewing HSEQ management systems and policies to align with current legislation and industry best practice.\\nSupporting and advising senior leadership, site teams, and bid managers on HSEQ-related matters.\\nDriving compliance with Higher-Risk Building (HRB) regulations.The successful Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality will have:\\n\\nProven experience in a similar leadership role within construction or civil engineering\\nHold a NEBOSH and ideally a NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Health and Safety\\nThe ability to influence and engage key internal and external stakeholders.
