We are looking for an experienced Group Environmental Manager to take ownership of environmental strategy, compliance and improvement across a large manufacturing network. You will work across multiple sites, partnering with site leadership and senior stakeholders to raise environmental standards, strengthen governance and deliver measurable improvements across energy, carbon, waste, water and resource efficiency.

  • Own environmental compliance and regulatory relationships, working with site teams, auditors, the Environment Agency and other external stakeholders.
  • Develop carbon reporting and reduction programmes, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and lead the Group's Net Zero and decarbonisation roadmap.
  • Drive improvements across energy, waste, water and resource efficiency, supporting capital projects and building the business case for environmental investment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn environmental data into clear business actions.
