This senior role sits at group level, overseeing sustainability strategy and environmental compliance across their diverse project portfolio.\\n\\nResponsibilities for the Group Environment and Sustainability Manager include:\\n\\nLead the environment and sustainability strategy across the businesses divisions.\\nOverseeing ISO 14001 audits to ensure environmental compliance whilst liaising with regulatory bodies such as the Environment Agency.\\nOverseeing ESOS and SECR reporting, ensuring to meet sustainability KPI's.\\nFormally represent the company at industry events \\n\\nA Successful Group Environment and Sustainability Manager candidate will have:\\n\\nStrong working knowledge of ISO 14001 and environmental compliance within the construction industry or a related sector.\\nPrevious experience with BREEAM, LEED and WELL frameworks is desirable, but training opportunities are provided.\\nA degree in a related environment or sustainability field and a member of a certification board such as IEMA or ICRS.\\nGood vocational skills and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across a portfolio of different projects. \\n\\nFor more information on this opportunity or to discuss your next career move, contact Alex Lee on (phone number removed) or or apply here.\\n\\n Irwin and Colton are a specialist Environment, Health and Safety recruitment company, based in the Southeast of England we recruit across the UK.
