We are seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Remediation Manager to lead and coordinate remediation projects relating to façade safety, including applications to the Building Safety Fund. This pivotal role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for remediation projects, overseeing progress and compliance
- Manage applications for Building Safety Fund and other funding sources
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on project deliverables
- Prepare and deliver client communications and progress reports
- Organise waking watch relief and liaise with funding agents where applicable
