Are you looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of environmental compliance within a global recycling and resource management organisation?

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering environmental audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and internal environmental management systems
  • Maintaining accurate environmental records, reports and performance data in line with regulatory and business requirements
  • Monitoring existing and emerging environmental legislation and supporting its effective implementation across the organisation
  • Developing and delivering environmental training to enhance awareness, competence and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar environmental role, ideally within waste, recycling or resource management
  • A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or another science or data-driven discipline, with ISEP or CIWM membership being desirable
  • A strong working knowledge of environmental management systems and ISO 14001
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
