Responsibilities include:
- Lead the site Health & Safety team and work closely with operational and support functions to maintain compliance with legislation and company safety standards.
- Analyse site safety data using internal systems and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Design and roll out site-specific safety training, ergonomic initiatives, and preventive programmes to strengthen the safety culture.
- Conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, review updates to standard procedures, and maintain current risk documentation.
- Champion health and safety across the site, engaging management and colleagues to embed a proactive safety mindset.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety role with clear leadership responsibilities.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, or an IOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety, or Degree.
- Experience managing a team and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach to health and safety.
Package and benefits:
- A salary of €70,000-€99,000 DOE.
- Share scheme.
