This role focuses on ensuring compliance and driving safety culture across housing and healthcare environments within the Southeast/Kent region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding high standards and supporting operational teams with expert advice and site assurance.
The Senior HSQE Advisor will:
- Provide comprehensive HSQE guidance tailored to Housing, Healthcare, and multi-site operations.
- Lead regular site inspections, audits, and assurance activities to monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review subcontractor HSQE performance, documentation, and adherence to standards.
- Deliver HSQE training, coaching, and awareness activities to strengthen safety leadership across teams.
The successful Senior HSQE Advisor will have:
- Relevant health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in Facilities Management, particularly within Housing and Healthcare sectors.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and deliver internal training.
- Knowledge of UK H&S legislation and digital HSQ&E systems such as EHS Wise or similar platforms.
