I am currently partnering with a global technology and logistics specialist to recruit for an Environmental Due Diligence Lead working across a diverse range of remediation projects.
The key responsibilities of the Environmental Due Diligence Lead will include:
- Lead on remediation and environmental due diligence activities across a large and diverse client portfolio.
- Scope, review, and lead on Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments.
- Review and interpret vapour intrusion screenings and health risk assessments to ensure environmental safety and compliance.
- Oversee the development of remediation strategies and mitigation plans for contaminated soil, groundwater, and building materials.
The successful Environmental Due Diligence Lead will have:
- A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering or a qualification in a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering remediation and contaminated land projects, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of environmental due diligence, Phase 1 and 2 assessments, alongside vapour intrusion screenings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
