This hands-on role will support quality operations, working closely with production, engineering and supply chain teams to identify issues and implement lasting solutions.
You'll play a key role in reducing Cost of Poor Quality and Defective Parts Per Million through root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement. You'll also support customer returns, non-conformances, audits, inspections and dimensional reporting.
Responsibilities of the Quality Support Engineer will include:
- Support and uphold quality systems to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards
- Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Conduct audits, inspections, and process validations to ensure product and process integrity
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams on quality concerns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through training and awareness activities
The ideal Quality Support Engineer will have:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment supporting quality functions
