They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building safety and remediation programmes within a diverse residential portfolio. This role offers a key opportunity to drive forward projects that contribute towards safer, well-managed buildings while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful Building Safety Remediation Project Manager will:
- Lead and coordinate building safety and structural remediation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including contractors, property owners, and residents to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
