This position will play a crucial role in supporting its continued growth and success.
Responsibilities of the
Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will include
- Leading the internal audit programme across multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Liaising with third-party certification bodies and maintaining external accreditations and certifications.
- Contributing to the improvement and implementation of management systems that reflect industry best practice.
- Working with internal teams to ensure the accurate preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- The successful
Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will have
- Proven experience in a similar compliance role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and ideally experience with CHAS, Constructionline and RISQS audits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Strong analytical, reporting and IT skills, including experience with Share Point and Microsoft Office applications.
