Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor
London | Circa £58,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Advisor to join a leading construction organisation. In this role, you will support site teams across London and the South East, ensuring compliance and fostering a safety-first culture.
The HSEQ Advisor will:
- Provide expert safety guidance and support to project management and site teams.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and behavioural reviews to promote best practices.
- Investigate incidents and high-potential hazards, recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in construction or a related discipline with sound knowledge of H&S legislation.
- A recognised safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
