Health and Safety Advisor (EMEA region) Remote working (occasional travel) Up to £50,000 Plus Benefits

We have been engaged by a global consultancy who have partnered with one of the world's largest e-commerce businesses, to bring onboard a new Health and Safety Advisor. This role will be focused on supporting all health and safety measures across the client's corporate offices within the EMEA region. The role will report to the EHS Director.

The organisation has an excellent reputation in the industry, with a long history of successful operations across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include:

  • Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the offices, seeking best practice at every opportunity
  • Developing and managing the annual Health, Safety and Environment plan and objectives
  • Keeping updated with key changes to legislation to ensure compliance
  • Managing the induction, training and development programme across the offices
  • Continually developing and reviewing Health and Safety management systems in line with industry best practice

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within waste, manufacturing, chemicals, or a related industry
  • NEBOSH Certificate (as minimum) and ideally membership of a relevant professional body (i.e IOSH)
  • The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation

This position would suit an experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional who enjoys striving for improvements and best practice.
