Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will include:
- Provide health and safety advice, communicating proactively with employees.
- Conduct site audits and attend client meetings as the SHEQ representative.
- Deliver internal training, toolbox talks, and support new employee inductions.
- Support the Integrated Management System for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct incident investigations with root cause analysis if required.
The successful Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role within construction, utilities, fit-out, or household energy sectors.
- A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent).
- Effective communication skills, providing support, training, and clear verbal/written interaction with colleagues and clients.
- The ability to influence and engage across sites.
