Health, Safety and Facilities Business Partner | South-West London | £45,000-£50,000 + Benefits Are you a hands-on Health, Safety, and Facilities professional ready to lead change in a specialist radio technology manufacturing and testing environment? Would you enjoy a role where you shape safety culture in a precision engineering setting, manage complex site operations including anechoic test chambers, and work across design, production, and quality teams? Would you like to join a third-generation, family-owned British manufacturer known for radio innovation, exporting 75% of production and serving public safety, IoT, cellular, and telecoms markets from its London facility? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Facilities Business Partner to join leading specialist manufacturer. You\’ll help enhance safety standards at their London HQ and manufacturing base, working with engineering teams in a technically advanced and globally respected antenna manufacturer. Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Facilities Business Partner will include: Driving a strong safety culture by providing clear guidance, training, and support to staff at all levels, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies. Assessing current health, safety, and facilities processes, then developing and delivering a roadmap for future improvements to key stakeholders. Being a visible presence on the warehouse floor, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient running of site operations. Managing day-to-day site facilities, including planned maintenance and coordination with external contractors. Visit subsidiary global facilities once a year (travel expenses paid for) The successful Health, Safety and Facilities Business Partner will have: NEBOSH Certificate (or any equivalent qualification) and strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. At least 3-5 years\’ experience overseeing both health and safety and facilities in a busy, high-volume environment such as logistics, warehousing, or shipping. Confident, hands-on approach with the ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including a diverse workforce. Ambition to develop with the role and contribute to the company\’s long-term growth plan, including competency with modern Health and Safety technologies. What does the Health, Safety and Facilities Business Partner role offer you?
