The role is based on a flagship single-site project in central London, supporting the wider health and safety team. The organisation has a strong track record of delivering successful projects across the UK, and this is a great chance to join their growing Health and Safety team. This role is ideal for a health and safety professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic organisation that offers a clear progression pathway. Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Advisor will include: Communicating and ensuring the implementation of health and safety policies across the organisation, including gaining key stakeholder engagement and running training programmes Acting as a key point of contact with third-party organisations, including contractors, clients, and enforcement agencies Attending meetings with a range of key stakeholders, engaging and influencing where requiredThe successful Health and Safety Advisor will have: Proven experience in a similar role within construction, M&E, civil engineering, or a related industry A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification, at or above certificate level (or equivalent) The ability to influence and engage a range of stakeholders A strong technical knowledge across relevant health and safety legislation, compliance and regulationsThis position will require a self starter who can lead by example and hit the ground running; excellent communication skills are essential.
