The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level 6 qualification and be a chartered IOSH member or working towards it
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in senior H&S leadership within diverse and complex environments
  • Possess excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic influencing skills
  • Be confident in decision-making, with a strong track record of cultivating a positive safety culture
