We are seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Training to develop and implement robust safety strategies, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation and fostering a proactive safety culture. The role involves:
- Developing and delivering the organisation's H&S strategy aligned with business goals
- Advising senior leadership on H&S risks, trends, and legal obligations
- Managing compliance, audits, and external inspections

- Providing training and guidance to management and staff across multiple sites
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level 6 qualification and be a chartered IOSH member or working towards it
- Demonstrate extensive experience in senior H&S leadership within diverse and complex environments
- Possess excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic influencing skills
- Be confident in decision-making, with a strong track record of cultivating a positive safety culture
