Are you passionate about supporting a proactive approach to health and safety and compliance?
Irwin and Colton are delighted to be partnering alongside a leading property management organisation to recruit for a Health and Safety Administrator. You will be providing proactive Health and Safety support across their £5 Billion estate taking ownership of compliance activities, coordinating inspections, maintaining accurate records and ensuring statutory requirements are completed.
Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Administrator are:
- Coordinate scheduled health and safety inspections and statutory compliance activities, ensuring actions and remedial works are followed through.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, trackers and documentation, ensuring evidence is correctly recorded and stored.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate access, documentation and outstanding actions.
- Support the wider Health & Safety team with meetings, reporting, communications, work and purchase orders, invoices and general administration.
The successful Health and Safety Administrator will have:
- Previous administration, compliance coordination or property support experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to coordinate multiple parties and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using document management or compliance systems desirable.
